Mr. Williams started his career in Real Estate as a condemnation appraiser, where he
spent four years in California, Nevada and Arizona helping his clients receive fair market
value and in many cases proper damages for the taking oftheir properties by public
agencies. He qualified as an expert witness in many counties and testified in numerous
condemnation cases throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.
Mr. Williams has been licensed and active in real estate since 1962 and has acquired,
developed and resold more than 40,000 acres for his clients and himselfin California,
Nevada and Arizona.
His most prominent transactions include:
• 7,000 acres of avocado ranches in San Diego County - managed, planted, divided
and sold.
• Century Medical Plaza, Tucson, AZ - Managed and leased 43,000 sq. ft.
• Pioneer Industrial Park, San Marcos, CA - developed, leased and managed
106,000 sq. ft. - 40 units.
• Rolling Hills Estates, Fallbrook, CA - 102 lot subdivision.
• 2,000 acres of land development in and around Kingman, AZ - bought and sold
116 parcels.
• Wonderland Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, CA - divided and sold 20 acres.
• 2,700 acres, Tn-State Quarry, Overton, NY - Managed quarry on BLM leased
land.
Mr. Williams moved to San Luis Obispo County in 2000. Since that time, he has assisted
his clients in acquiring many large ranches and bare land parcels, totaling approximately
7,500 acres to date. He has subsequently resold more than 1,500 acres for his clients at a
substantial profit.
His primary focus has always been in income properties, bare land and ranch properties.
His thorough knowledge of county regulations and the Williamson Act provisions assure
that all pertinent facts relating to any purchase or sale will be thoroughly investigated and
disclosed.
