Having begun his real estate career in 1989 selling new homes for builders, Wayne had the unique and rare opportunity to master the art of meeting the needs of both the Seller (the builder) and the Buyer.  Since that time Wayne has worked in sales, sales management as well as a business owner building custom and semi-custom homes.  Learning from the very best, Wayne has implemented a strategy that includes eCommerce marketing for Seller which is a direct to Buyer approach.  This market approach matches a Buyer with specific homes that are being offered.  Over the last 20 years Wayne has worked for National Home Builders such as Centex Homes, Engle/NewMark, Goodman Family of Builders, Ryland Homes.
