I will submit your property to the “Multiple Listing Service”.

I will post nationally recognized Prudential signs and install a lock box
for easy secure agent access.
FLYER ADVERTISING
I will develop brilliant flyers with color photos and a list of features and benefits
of your property. I will circulate the flyer to all Realtors in the area
and be personally available for all inquiries. I will Install a flyer box
and maintain a constant supply of color flyers.
PRUDENTIAL AND MLS AGENT EXPOSURE
I will caravan your property with the Prudential Hallmark Realty office
staff (25+ agents) and have each associate complete an evaluation of the

I will identify and contact (via phone calls and direct mailings) local

to door to advertise & promote your property. I will host multiple “Open
Houses” to market your home to un-represented buyers and out of the
area agents and investors.

I will market your property to existing prospects, buyers, associates, investors,
friends, and past clients in my database.

I can advertise your property in Prudential Hallmark’s exclusive magazine,
Realty Connection, Telegram Tribune, Real Estate Monthly, Homes, Homes &
Land, and multiple Internet sites, Realtor.com, and many other publications
that will generate quality buyers.

I pay thousands of dollars a month to have sponsored listings on all the

on your property. I will also update you with status reports from the Multiple
Listing Service to keep you informed on how your property looks in relation
to other properties on the market or in escrow. I will keep you informed
of any pertinent Real Estate trends, forecasts, and interest rate fluctuations.
FOLLOW UP
I will track, log and follow-up on all calls our office receives on your
property. There is no assistant that makes my calls. You & perspective
buyers always deal with me directly. I will give you feedback from potential
buyers and agents that have seen your property and advise you of any comments
or suggestions. I can be reached by cell phone 24 hrs a day 7 days a week!
FINANCING
We will make sure you are aware of all the various financing that is available
to potential buyers and sellers. We can create financing examples of how
a buyer might finance your property and make this available to potential
buyers. I have personal mortgage brokers that work with me to insure a solid
escrow process and creative financing if needed.
