These are some of the questions that you need to ask a potential
listing Agent. If your agent can not answer these questions to your
FULL satisfaction, you need to interview another agent. I would me

- Will my home be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?
- Will there be a sign posted in my yard?
- Will you develop a full color Flyer that complements my home?
- Does your office caravan my property with other agents?
- Do you market local neighborhoods to try and sell my home?
- Do you have existing clients that may be interested in my home?
- What kind of Advertising can I expect or how large is your Advertising
budget?
- Do you advertise in local publications, if so please show me examples?
- Do you advertise on the Internet, if so show me examples?
- Do you pay for “Search Engine” position on Yahoo and
Google, if so show me?
- Will you follow up with me, and keep me informed every step of
the transaction?
- Can you suggest creative or alternative financing methods that
may benefit me?
- Will you represent me on all Contracts and Negotiations?
- Will you constantly follow up with Escrow and keep me informed
of any surprises?
