I mention “currently available” because often what you might find on the web is outdated listing information. When I find listings that fit a client’s criteria, I immediately e-mail the listing directly to them from the MLS site. You can instantly see the entire listing, description, and pictures if included. If my client has an interest to view the property, we make an appointment immediately. This way, accurate information gets to my clients immediately. They often see listings before most agents do. This is a great way for my clients to see good buys and motivated sellers early, and have a chance to act on them before anyone else does. Don’t worry if you don’t have email. I can fax, mail or call you with the same information. I can also set you up on your own custom MLS portal that will automatically email you when any new listings are listed on the MLS. It will even email price changes and status changes as well.
