These are some of the questions that you need to ask a potential listing Agent. If your agent can not answer these questions to your FULL satisfaction, you need to interview another agent. 1. Will my home be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?
2. Will there be a sign posted in my yard?
3. Will you develop a full color Flyer that complements my home?
4. Does your office caravan my property with other agents?
5. Do you market local neighborhoods to try and sell my home?
6. Do you have existing clients that may be interested in my home?
7. What kind of Advertising can I expect or how large is your Advertising budget?
8. Do you advertise in local publications, if so please show me examples?
9. Do you advertise on the Internet, if so show me examples?
10. Do you pay for “Search Engine” position on Yahoo and Google, if so show me?
11. Will you follow up with me, and keep me informed every step of the transaction?
12. Can you suggest creative or alternative financing methods that may benefit me?
13. Will you represent me on all Contracts and Negotiations?
14. Will you constantly follow up with Escrow and keep me informed of any surprises?
